Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ShuffleReady LLC, a California limited liability company ("ShuffleReady", "we", "us"), and they cover your use of ShuffleReady. By using ShuffleReady, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ShuffleReady. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, who also agrees to these terms for you.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your Google account secure. Do not pick a public name that impersonates someone else or that is offensive. We may change a public name that does either.

Your content

You own the decks, formats, rules, card lists and other content you create on ShuffleReady. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display and adapt that content as needed to run and improve ShuffleReady. Anything you publish can be viewed by anyone, and other users can copy it to build their own decks or formats. The license ends when you delete the content, except for copies other users have already made and backups that are kept for a limited time.

You are responsible for your content. Don't post anything that is illegal, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• disrupt or overload ShuffleReady, or try to get around its security or access controls;
• scrape or bulk-download the site, or access it by automated means beyond normal personal use, without our permission;
• use ShuffleReady to send spam or malware;
• resell ShuffleReady or misrepresent your relationship with us.

Third-party content and links

Card data and images come from Scryfall . Some card links go to TCGPlayer, and some of them are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission on purchases. We don't control third-party sites and aren't responsible for them. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

ShuffleReady is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy . Not approved or endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC. Magic: The Gathering and its card names, text and images are trademarks and copyrights of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Our service

We work to keep ShuffleReady accurate and available. However, format checks, legality information, card data and prices may be incomplete or wrong. Always check with your playgroup or event organizer. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of ShuffleReady at any time.

Disclaimer

ShuffleReady is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. These include warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShuffleReady and its members, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, that arise from your use of ShuffleReady. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.

Termination

You can stop using ShuffleReady at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. The sections on your content license, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law still apply after your access ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we both consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are significant, we will give more notice, such as on the site or in our Discord. If you keep using ShuffleReady after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
